AVX PRO LIVE RACK

AVX PRO Live Rack is a standalone plugin host designed for FOH and monitor applications. It allows you to build racks with up to 32 channels and 8 inserts per channel (VST3 preferred; AU supported only if no VST3 equivalent exists), featuring mono/stereo routing, IN/OUT and dynamics GR metering, latency (LAT/SUM) display, inter-channel sidechaining, and a flexible audio buffer. It supports session saving (.avxsession) including plugins and parameters, "Open Recent" functionality, autosave, and a SHOW panel (snapshots, cue list, LTC/BPM). Control is handled via OSC and MIDI Learn. Features include a color palette (20 colors + Off), Follow Focus, Audio Performance monitoring, and manuals in Spanish and English. 3.0.2: Plugin management with search/filtering; "Check for Updates" re-scans and refreshes inserts without losing configuration; WaveShell VST3 support with lightweight scanning (without crashing the host); silent rejection of stereo↔mono insert mismatches; isolated scanner (an unstable plugin won't crash Live Rack).
